Carob - Cocoa Pie

3 Young Coconuts (We need the Meat)

1 Water from Young Coconut

2 Tbs. Powdered Cocoa

2 Tbs. Carob Powder

4 Pitted Dates

3 Tbs. Agave Nectar

1 1/2 Cups Cashews

1 Tbs. Vanilla

Blend all ingredients until smooth

Crust:

1 1/2 Cups Hazelnuts

Dates

Put Hazelnuts in Food Processor and Grind into Meal As processor is running add 1 Date at a time until the mixture turns into a ball. Remove the ball and pat into a pie pan.

Celery Soup

1 Large Bunch of Celery washed and cut into pieces

2 Zucchini

1 Colored Bell Peppers cut into strips

2 Cups of Purified Water

1/2 Bunch of Parsley

1/4 Cups of Lemon Juice

2 Tsp. Celtic Sea Salt

2 Cloves of Garlic

Dash of Cayenne

1/4 Sesame Seeds

1/4 Cup Flax Oil

Blend all ingredients in Vita-Mix or blender until smooth. Add 1 or 2 Avocados and pulse. For a creamier flavor you can add a handful of cashews or almond milk instead of water.
